OK! AND ZINIO ANNOUNCE DIGITAL VERSION OF WEEKLY MAGAZINE

NEW YORK, January 13, 2010 – Premier celebrity news brand, OK! Magazine, and Zinio, the world’s leader in digital publishing, technology, distribution and services, today announced a partnership that offers a weekly, digital version identical to OK!’s U.S. print edition. The full-color, digital magazine is available at zinio.com/OK every Wednesday starting at 12 a.m. EST, with the January 25, 2010 issue posting this morning.

“We’re an international brand with a global readership, and Zinio gives our consumers the instant access they crave, wherever they are,” said Lori Burgess, Publisher, OK! Magazine. “This is an important time of change in the publishing industry, as young, tech-savvy readers look for increasingly efficient ways to get their news and entertainment. We’re excited to be one of the publications leading the charge.”

Similar to thumbing through the print version at a local newsstand, readers of OK!’s digital version can fully preview the first five pages of each issue, free of charge, while interacting with the content through clickable inks.

“We share OK! Magazine’s commitment to offering their loyal readers the celebrity news they desire immediately, supplemented with beautiful, full-color photographs,” said Rich Maggiotto, President & CEO, Zinio. “Even when U.S. readers are on the other side of the world, they still can access their favorite content, which we now can offer to digital subscribers hours before it hits American newsstands.”
